Just as the government doesn't need to take a stance on which religion is right, it doesn't need to take a stance on which definition of marriage is right. Leave it up to, well, whoever cares about people's relationship status, like religions and online dating sites.

Gay marriage is a union between two members of the same sex who are afforded the same rights and privileges as members of opposite sexes. Gay marriage is recognized in five countries, including Belgium, Canada, Netherlands, South Africa and Spain. Within the United States, gay marriage is legal in Massachusetts, and will be recognized in California beginning June 14. Aruba, Israel, Netherlands Antilles, New Mexico, New York and Rhode Island recognize “foreign marriages,” or marriages performed in regions in which same-sex marriage is legal.

Whoever thinks he needs to regurgitate the same strawman arguments about homosexuality being unnatural, I'm now wanting to show them that homosexuality is indeed only a sexual orientation which doesn't have to stand a "natural capability" proof to let gay people marry.
